What is Hypnosis?

Hypnotherapy, hypnosis, or self-hypnosis is all self-hypnosis. You can think of hypnosis as a state of deep relaxation (like meditation) or changing limitations for freedoms instead. Guiding you on achieving your goals in life. Hypnosis is not mind control like you may have seen in the movies. Remember movies are made to entertain you. Hypnosis is not sleep either. You can not be made to do anything that is not in your moral code or ethics also. Hypnosis gives you opportunity in being more and more mindful with your self-talk.

Imagine being so relaxed within yourself you allow hypno-affirmations of a positive nature sinking deep into your subconscious mind for the benefit of new patterns, thoughts, habits, or beliefs in creating a new reality for yourself. Becoming a better and better author of your life.

Seeing a trained Hypnotherapist (me) is having a personal coach in achieving your dreams in life. Desired results depending on the average individual is between 3-12 sessions. I believe 3 sessions starts effective change, 6 sessions for more moderate change, and 9 to 12 for secure establish results. Of course each individual is different and the commitment each person has to their self-care. You must be committed to doing the work.

The subconscious mind was programmed from each individuals environment. Hypnosis gives you a chance in replacing a not so good thought, habit, pattern, or belief with a more positive one with yourself in changing better and better ways of behavior. What will happen in a session with April. A first time session we begin to find out what you want to change, improve, or accomplish upon and the desired results of your aim, then you will learn a self-hypnosis tool for change-work then we progress with a hypnosis session. This takes around 75/90 minutes. The next following sessions will compliment the first session were you relax even deeper into hypnosis. These follow-up sessions of 60 minutes we may go backward to find the source of the issue so that we can de-clutter and clear;  in what no longer serves you.

Each session builds upon the next session. Therapeutic hypnosis is proven effective and fastest route to solve a issue. A 7-day Self-hypnosis Exercise for You: 

  1. When you go to bed, starting tonight and continuing for the next 7 days, just before you are ready to fall asleep–Give yourself the following suggestion 10 times:

“EVERYDAY,IN EVERY WAY, I AM GETTING BETTER AND BETTER”

While you are saying the positive hypno-affirmation, imagine yourself in any way you can, getting better and better.

2. In order to not fall asleep & not lose count, every time you say the positive suggestion press down with each finger of your right hand. Then continue with each finger of your left hand until you have completed the suggestion 10 times.

3. This may be your first attempt to effectively program yourself through positive suggestion. It important for secure establish results to complete 10 repetitions.

4. You are now giving yourself a self-hypnosis for positive change before sleeping. In the next days, weeks, and months to come you’ll find yourself very positive to that hypno-affirmation.
